Grilled Vegetable Bruschetta Recipe

Looking for a great easy appetizer recipe? All you need is some fresh veggies, Marzetti Veggie Dip and French bread.



Marzetti Ranch Veggie Dip or Marzetti French Onion Dip
Fresh vegetables
French Bread, sliced into ¾” slices


Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Slice some of your favorite vegetables like red onion, zucchini, and yellow squash into 3/4-inch thick pieces and bell peppers into wedges. Brush the vegetables with vegetable oil and grill until they are tender. Allow the vegetables to cool for a few minutes and then chop into small pieces. Season them with a pinch of salt and pepper. Slice French bread into 3/4-inch slices and brush with vegetable oil. Grill bread on each side until it is golden. Remove the bread from the grill and transfer to a tray. Spread each piece of bread with Marzetti Ranch Veggie Dip or Marzetti French Onion Dip. Top with the chopped vegetables and serve.
