Cucumber Cups With Creamy Dip Filling
Big flavor is packed into these little cups. Cucumber combines with Marzetti® Ranch Dip, chives and bell peppers to make a scrumptious appetizer the whole family is sure to enjoy.
Ready In: 20 minutes
- 1/4 cup Marzetti® Ranch Veggie Dip
- 1 large English cucumber
- 2 tbsp. chopped chives
- 2 tbsp. minced red bell pepper
Cut cucumber into 3/4" sections. Using a melon ball spoon or small spoon, scoop out the center of each slice, making a cup to hold the dip. Line a small tray with paper towels. Place the cucumber cups upside down on the paper towels, allowing them to drain for a few minutes. Turn them right side up and spoon about 1 teaspoon Marzetti Ranch Veggie Dip into each cucumber cup. Sprinkle the tops of each with chives and peppers. Arrange on a tray and serve.
Alternative Suggestion: This recipe can be prepared with Marzetti Southwest Ranch or Dill Dips.
