Beef Burgundy Over Noodles
Sirloin strips, mushrooms and onions bathe in a mixture of red wine, garlic, pepper and mustard, then are served over Reames Home Style Egg Noodles.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 12 oz. pkg Reames® Homestyle Egg Noodles
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 12 oz Beef sirloin, cut into thin strips
- 12 oz Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 Small onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup Dry red wine or beef broth
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 2 tsp Minced fresh garlic
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
PREPARATION
Cook Reames Home Style Noodles according to package directions; drain well. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sirloin strips, mushrooms, green pepper and onion; cook 5 to 10 minutes or until meat is browned and vegetables are crisp tender. In a small bowl, whisk together wine or broth, flour, garlic, pepper and mustard. Pour over meat and vegetables in skillet; continue cooking over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until bubbly and smooth. Serve meat mixture over hot noodles.
