Oven Baked Sweet Potato Strips Recipe
Oven baked sweet potatoes are delectable and nutritious and taste even better dipped in Marzetti Ranch Veggie Dip.

- One 14 oz tub Marzetti Ranch Veggie Dip
- 3 cups sweet potatoes, about 1.5 lbs, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch strips
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- Sea or Kosher salt
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Generously spray two baking pans with non-stick vegetable oil spray.
Using paper towels, dry strips to remove excess moisture. In a bowl, toss potato strips and oil together.
Transfer potato strips to prepared baking pans and arrange them in a single layer. Potatoes will cook best if they are not touching. Generously salt potato strips and place in oven. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Using a spatula, gently toss potatoes and continue to bake 5 to 10 minutes or until they are lightly golden and cooked thoroughly. Careful not to let them get too dark.
Allow potatoes to cool for 1 to 2 minutes and serve right away. Dip fries into Marzetti Ranch Veggie Dip.
