Nutty Caramel Popcorn
It's now so easy to make caramel corn at home. Just simmer melted butter and Marzetti's Old Fashioned Caramel Dip together, then pour over microwave popcorn.
- 1/2 cup Marzetti® Old Fashioned Caramel Dip
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 cups popped microwave plain popcorn
- 1/2 cup peanuts
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. Melt butter in small saucepan. Stir in dip; simmer over low heat 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Pour mixture over popcorn and peanuts in prepared dish; stir until evenly coated. Bake 30 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completly in dish on wire rack, about 45 minutes.
