Just add Italian sausage and mushrooms to your favorite pasta sauce, pour it over Reames Home Style Egg Noodles and bake.

- 1 bag (12 oz.) Reames® Homestyle Egg Noodles
- 12 oz. lean, bulk Italian sausage
- 6 oz. fresh mushrooms or 1 jar (6 oz.) of sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1 jar (26 oz.) your favorite pasta sauce
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, finely shredded
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 400° F. Cook Reames Home Style Noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, cook sausage, garlic, and mushrooms in a large skillet until sausage is no longer pink and mushrooms are tender; drain. Add cooked sausage mixutre and pasta sauce to cooked noodles. Stir until combined. Transfer mixture to 3-quart baking dish. Sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese over top. Bake uncovered approximately 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
